Final Fantasy XIII on the 360 will just not happen, no matter what Jeff Bell thinks.
MGS4 will most likely go, but long after it's no longer important to Sony and the port won't be done by Kojima. Konami will have to do it themselves.
Jeff Bell is also full of crap. Dragon Quest and Kingdom Hearts are major franchises and are not going to the 360. Jeff Bell may want S-E to put their best games on the 360 but it isn't going to happen.
