This is an interesting move alright - its a bit like a Disney channel. We might get to see all the old 'classic' Nintendo TV properties - Zelda, Mario, Pokemon cartoons, etc.
Will it all be free, or pay to view though (or a mix)? I guess the potential revenue from any TV channel is huge - and this has an international audience.
Still, these shows could cost a LOT to produce? If they intend to have it running 24hrs a day - and in lots of countries... millions of $$$ to fund this.

The more I think about it, the more this is a HUGE development. I'll be watching how his develops very keenly...
