Smash fans: Which is better Brawl or Melee? Please state Why?

The real problem when it came down to it was Fox/Falco in Melee. They were stupidly good even without a super high level of skill. Even MKN/Snake/DDD at their worst in Brawl aren't as bad as those two were in Melee.
