I could see 4-5 million for DQ9 in Japan.
I dunno about North America though.
Europe might be the one market where Nintendo/Square-Enix can break through with the franchise though.
Professor Layton has proved to be a hit in Europe, published by Nintendo, maybe DQIX can achieve a similar kind of success there.
