No. Not at all. It's one of the most well-balanced action games there is, with the perfect mix of defense, offense, ranged combat, close combat, and just a bit of luck. And it's hard not to take this thread as trolling, being that the OP consisted of two words.
Does anyone think MGSIV is the most overrated stealth game of all time?
