I don't keep track of games according to how long i play in hours, as i generally only play 1-1.5 hours a day, depending on mood and the vagaries of life, i keep track based on weeks.
The first week of 2008: NiGHTS 2
2 weeks after that: Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
From release, for about 3 weeks: No More Heroes
From mid-February to Brawl release: Radiant Dawn
From release, for about 4 weeks: Brawl
From mid-April to MKWii release: more Radiant Dawn
From release, another 4 weeks: Mario Kart Wii
From release, another 4 weeks: Okami Wii
Through July and August, and September it was mostly DS, with little bits of Brawl in between
From release, 3 weeks, Wario Land: Shake It
Then another week of No More Heroes
Then a combination of Mario RPG and Megaman 9 for 3 weeks
From release: 3 weeks of Sonic Unleashed
Followed by Brawl until final exams ended (Dec 20th)
So Radiant Dawn probably bid up for the most hours, followed closely by Brawl, then Mario Kart Wii, for the top 3
