The passing controls arn't hard at all. There just not as responsive as you would like. In my first game, I completed 27 out of 40 pass attemps, which isn't bad for someones first time. The game was on All-pro when doing this. Unlike yourself, I am a hardcore sports fan. I like sports just as much as Video games, actually. I have alot of exp with Madden, as I've owned every single Madden outside of 08 on the Gamecube. Me, my friends and family are very competetive with Madden, so it's important that the controls are responsive.
