The Results Of My Game of The Year Thread

I started a thread at the end of last year called VGchartz Users Choice Game of The Year:Your personal winner.This is the link: http://www.vgchartz.com/forum/thread.php?id=50775&page=9  This is exactly what I said when I started the thread:” Forget hype,popular opinion,or which game you think deserves it based on how hard the developers tried.Give your top three winners(in order of preference) based on the ones you've enjoyed the most,even if they're not popular.Then give your handheld game of the year(only 1,please).If you list anygames you've not played yet or played just a little,please tell us.

Finally,list your "didn't come out this year but I've really enjoyed playing it this year award".Let's call that award X for short.

Please,everyone check back here within the first few days of the new year.I would have calculated the game of the year based on what you placed on this thread.I'll give 3 points,2 points and 1 point respectively to games listed as 1st,2nd and 3rd by anyone then I'll find the total.Same goes for portable games and award X.If you didn't list yours in a 1st,2nd & 3rd format,I'll assume the first one you listed is your 1st and so on.”

 I went strictly by those rules and even sent people personal messages when I wasn’t sure in what order of preference they arranged the games they voted for.With that said,these are the results based on the rules I stated.Interesting how so many PS3 games got high positions even though its being beaten sales-wise by the other 2 right now.
