There are no games that have sold a million copies on the Wii that are shovelware, and your claim that there are shovelware games just demonstrates that you don't understand what people mean when they say a game is shoveware.
Beyond that, several of the games may have received very low review scores in comparison to many other million sellers which may make people think that these games are awful and "Crap" but at times I think reviewers don't get the point. I'm reminded of when I was reading a couple of reviews for Mario Party 8 and (in several cases) the reviewers only ever commented on the single player game and complained that the game didn't have an online multiplayer mode ... I could be wrong but I suspect the vast majority of people who bought Mario Party 8 did so in order to play it with friends in real life, and the fact that a game may not be a particularly good single player game and may lack production values may not make it a bad game when it is a lot of fun to play with 3 people in real life.
