you can join the prediction league, were you can loose or gain some VGC $

That sounds cool, not sure I'll make very accurate predictions though

Actually, the prediction league isn't that hard to make money in (I've made ~28k) if you put a little thought into your entries. There is a prediction league leaders thread that I update, which you can get to from a link in my signiature. The leader board will be reset after the Jan 03, 08 round (we will still keep culumative) but the main tables will be for 09 only. If you have any questions about the prediction league, just ask me.

~~other things on topic~~

Also, if you want to make some extra VG$ for the prediction league, you can improve games in the game database there is a thread detailing information you should know before adding anything. If you get a warning, just take it as a correction and keep on working in the game DB. I hand warnings out for any things I see that shouldn't be in the database, but that is because a few people went off the deep end after I sent them (what I thought) a friendly pm. Personally, I think everyone should make sure every game they "own" has up to date information.

Also, one other thing. In your game collection you can switch the displayed boxart by going to the game page, and clicking on the boxart that you want to display in your profile. (if you check my game collection, I have the bundle boxart for The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass)

If you check the different forum sections, there are leagues for Mario Kart Wii, Call of Duty, and Warhawk (that I know of) so you could always join one of those. Also, there is a Achievements league, and a Trohpy league, so check those out too.

hey that's cool man, thanks for the info, I'll definately have to check those out.  So, is the game database kinda like Wikipedia entries, in the sense that the users are the ones who post the information for the games?

I've always thought that's an effective way to build site content at an extremely fast pace.  Although, it must be a nightmare trying to make sure that all the data that is inputted is accurate.
