It arrived in 1993. All the other number arrived in 1991-1992, but 1993 had a "Y2K" crisis (Jesus was really born 7 years BC).
Ioi now has a problem aquiring the data.
The data was originally put together by a mad scientist in the year 3004, and sent back in time. He missed by 15 years though, so Ioi has to retrieve the data from stone tablets in Egypt.
