Bioshock has one of the best videogame stories of all time. You actually need to read a 1mb text file to understand it all...
Fallout 3's story isn't that special.
However, I would argue that Fallout 3 is a better game overall than Bioshock, but not by much. Both of them are 96/100's in my book.
