hmm That's never happened to me~~ But it is interesting... Although during the summer my DS finally died via the top screen being detached fully [with a nice burial in my trash can..]. But that's nothing to sue Nintendo over.. Although, on the second hand, something being wrong with the AC adapters and there actually being a recall... Then Nintendo can be sued, I believe.
