Final Fantasy VII of course!!!! It is the most loved and most sold with 10million sales.
Its better in every way.
-Better Story
-Better Characters
-Better Leveling System, Materia
-Better Villain
-Better Hero
-Better Longevity, Regardless of IX spanning 4 discs.
-Better Sidequests
Just.....BETTER!

FFIX is still good, it just pales in comparison to what is seen as the BEST RPG OF ALL TIME, let alone BEST FF OF ALL TIME!
