If we think that both would be default controllers for their consoles, i would still say, that the Wii Remote would be better. Eyetoy would still need some sort of controller and Wii Remote makes a lot of things possible, that Eyetoy doesn't. Of course, it works also vice versa, but not as much as Wii Remote. Besides, playing with the Remote, gives much more freedom than playing with Eyetoy.
