They should include B/C with the higher end model and remove anything non-essential from the lower end model such as wifi capabilities. Then they could produce commercials that focus on the free online, reliable hardware and great exclusive games (would be good if the commercials were not confusing and strange). Then a $50 price cut for the launch of Killzone 2 and another for Gran Turismo 5 would make a big difference (would cut the price immediately in Japan instead of waiting for Killzone 2). I think that this would help to set things straight but I doubt that they have the resources for the price-cuts.
