When these large companies farm out their customer support to India, this always seems to happen. Your best bet is to make that call again, because if you ever do intend on coming back to live or selling your 360 in the future it is better to stop a problem now (when it is easy) than deal with something worse down the line. And I am certain they won't give you anything for your inconvienance, except an apology. If they handed out live points for pissed off customers, people would be calling them 24/7 if they were wronged or not. |
