No they don't, get you're facts straight.
NXE and all its functions are 100% free....
Not only are you wrong but it's also completely besides the point. You and many others defense for something being wrong is that "Well, Microsoft does this so there...so it's ok".
No it is not OK. 2 wrongs don't make a right! Have you never heard of that saying. How old are you people?
