I dunno if I qualify as a "PS3 fanboy", merely because I prefer it over my 360 and Wii for assorted reasons (I've been playing my new Jasper 360 a LOT more than I did my Xenon 360, though, now that I have no fear of RRoD... really hurt the 360 as a viable platform to me, in retrospect), but... its seems sorta foolhardy of SE and Sega to Make games like FF XIII Versus and VC exclusives. Obviously there was some $$ exchanged. 3rd party exclusives are lame, from the consumer PoV. I know a buncha 360-only owners who are pissed they can't score VC for the X360... and rightfully so. Then again, SRPGs have never performed in a stellar manner, especially outside of Japan. Given that, it probably didn't take much $$ to keep VC as an exclusive to the PS3.

I really, really doubt Valkyria Chronicles was moneyhatted. It just doesn't make sense to me that it would be. If Sony was of a mind (or the financial position) to moneyhat an exclusive, surely they would have cockblocked the 360 from getting FFXIII. Not some (admittedly awesome looking) SRPG. I realize the one would be more expensive than the other, but Valkyria Chronicles is damned unimportant.
