Zelda, Pikmin, and Starfox (well hopefully) are all in the works, but there is one problem; they aren't finished yet. Nintendo can't make all their games at once, they simply put emphasis on the one's they felt would be the highest priority and fit the best within Wii's life cycle.
I doubt we will see Donkey Kong (a non-barrel blast) or Kid Icarus. I'd like to see a Donkey Kong platformer put I really doubt Nintendo will make that happen.
