The 360- I absolutely DREAD having to call 1-800-4myxbox. Once was for RROD and about 4 other times for various Live, Microsoft points and account issues. I have yet to have a positive experience with these fucks, at least in under an hour on the phone. I'm not saying that the issues I've ever had were all because of my 360 but either way, I've ended up on the phone painstakingly dealing with "customer service".  Anyone ever hear of George Carlin's take on custome service? Well it's been all bullshit for me unfortunately. The scripts that they work off of..." Let me check my resources, could you please hold" fucking make me sick. And seriously, I have no problems with people of diffferent nationalities and English as a second language (my mother is 100% Panamanian) but this has only added to the problem for me. Either I can hardly understand them or vica versa. I could go on but I won't. This has been my only problem with owning the 360 that I would call complaint worthy. Crummy D-pad? LOL!
