It has sold reasonably well. It hasn't tanked but it certainly hasn't sold above expectation, a little below by most people's standards.
Certainly doesn't deserve a thread of this nature by any stretch of the imagination.
I think it is more the overall impression that DMeisterJ and others are trying to give that is the problem.
It did "alright". It didn't do anything good and is nothing at all to celebrate. To say as such is just fanboy talk.
