Sorry, but the PS2 was definitely and still is the king! (Nintendo fanboys make me laugh, real hard.)

King of...What? It was the king of 6th gen. That's gone, and the Wii is trouncing it in terms of pacing. The torch has been passed, and the Wii is the all-powerful king of all consoles.

Down Nintendo fanboys as much as you like, but their console is selling beyond epic proportions - especially given their footing last gen. Whereas Sony fans have been choking on every move Sony has made with the Playstation 3.

It's like the Sega fans and Nintendo fans when the PS1 came out. It created a new breed of what had the chops to do well as a gaming console.

Probably the only thing that hurts more for those people that are upset is that a console that isn't Sony is trouncing Sony and that console, according to them, has no games.

Yea i never understood their argument about no games for the Wii.  And when they do this they mean future games all the time it seems.  Cause they will state a bunch of games for the PS3 or 360 that are coming out unknown date like Killzone 2, Final fantasy ect.

I mean if you are a non console owner and look at the Wii you see Mario, Zelda, Metroid, RE4, Zack and Wiki, Smash, Guitar Hero, and list could go on for a long time of games that the Wii has out RIGHT NOW that you can get.  So what does it matter if in 09' the Wii stops making any games ever again.  You still can get 20 great/amazing games for the Wii as of right now.  And that is what consumers see as the Wii being worth the $250.  Only internet/gamers/hardcore the super minority know what the future holds for each system while the average knows only what he see's in stores.  Which as of now is a huge Wii section and small PS3 section.  Without even looking at any game covers it seems obvious to him what is a better value.
