I'd say it already has a few titles like that. Such as Project O. I think this is a huge budget title on the Wii and most likely coming out year.
But more will be announced. Such as semi announced Red Steel 2. Most likely a Star Wars and GTA game.
And after MP3 there are going to be some devs pushing huge budget titles for the FPS genre.
But 2007 was the makeup titles. The cashin titles. Devs needed something or they would lose lots of money. So they put cheap titles out. But it also gave them early chance to start developing more heavier budget titles for 08. Not super budget titles but more than what they are doing. And by 2008 you'll start to see those and they'll continue to get bigger into 2009.
