Comparing the Wii to the Gamecube is NOT an insult!

you realize that it is about 3x as powerful and can use shaders and other things the gamecube could not right?

 

 totaly with you spdk1, The wii is noticable more powerful then a GC, its weather or not the developers embrace that extra power or not. I dont seem to understand the 'insult' part of the op though. Is he saying its not an insault to compare the 2? either I've missed your point or its not an insault to compare anything to anything lol making that statement pointless. thoes screenshots actually show a big improvement, textures, through to lighting through to pollygons.

BUT!!! It is an insault to say the wii is just a gc with motion controles, because its alot more then that. but to say 'comparison' is just the wrong word, comparing is something you do. Its like if i were insaulted because you compared an orange to an apple. One is orange and juicy, the other is red/green and crunchy. That doesnt insault any one, its just an observation.
