Back from another hour plus of playing. I didn't think it's possible, but the game is actually getting BETTER. I have already completely forgotten about my complaints of the combat heavy first level, and I am totally lost in the deep engaging adventure game before me.
Bryyo, the planet right after the marine mission, is absolutely gorgeous. It's so unique, and the art on the planet is incredible. I find myself giddy with childlike excitement as I explore this eerie dead planet of wondrously diverse environments. I can only imagine what more this game has in store for me, but I have forgotten any concerns I had about the quality of this game. It is without a doubt a AAA title for me.
