Unique does not equal good. Sorry if I sound a little jaded, but I've played a pretty fair amount of user created levels and I've maybe found two I liked. The rest are music levels, themed levels that have only slightly more gameplay than the music levels, and thrown together garbage.

Yeah, i haven't been wowed by the platforming either. Hoping the create a functions are enjoyable though... or i enjoy the platforming more when i play with my girlfriend. The cuteness of the game and the not being able to die permanently should keep her occupied.
It worked for Lego Star Wars.

I'm afraid you can and will die permanently in LBP. If you want something that easy you'll have to go with PoP. It's prettier too.

No kidding? That's yet to occur to me. Probably due to the floaty physics. Eh, she'll get better as it as it goes i'm sure.
I think one of my problems is i'm not one for "Speed runs" and that seems to be a big part of the platforming element of LBP. Speed runs and racking up modifiers.
