Legs - a title that remains in the top#20, months after release. Doesn't matter so much where in the top#20 - anywhere is fine.
The longer after release, the better the legs. Legs is based on "time after release", rather than position.
#21...#50 (top#50), less so - outside of top#50 - outside definition of "legs".
