The "hate" is that he always brings bundles up when we talk about LBP sales, acting like every unit sold is a bundled unit, and that no current PS3 owners in EU are buying the game.

It matters not if bundle sales are factored in. If a game compells somone to drop half a grand on a videogame console that's a win. Count it and move on don't hate.

true, for the bet it doesn't matter. For the financials it does

 

So a little less money on direct LBP revenue, but selling a PS3 to a new consumer = money off their future 1st party software purchases and platform royalties off their future 3rd party software purchases (and accessory purchases and Blu-ray purchases, etc, etc).

It all works out; just a different pot being filled.
