All of the 360 JRPGs released on a system that has 1/3rd the PS3 install base. Thats like saying 'Call of Duty 4 sold like crap on the PS3' - Totally ignoring the notion that systems with higher install bases *gasp* should sell games better. WKC was announced well over two years ago for the PS3. That puts the development time of WKC longer than any other known JRPG outside of FFXIII. Not only this, it's one of the only games Level 5 has been working on outside of the Layton series for the past 2 years....That tells me a lot of the team worked on it. So I have reason to believe, given the development time, that WKC either matches, or exceeds any JRPG that's been released. |
Read my above post for your fundamentally flawed Install base argument.
And now you're going to budget for the game. You don't know how much the game costs, and have no idea. Your whole post is conjecture and speculation and reeks of desperation.
Edit:
Just because a game is announced doens't mean that work was started on it that second, please don't fail.
Also, Level 5 has been working on a gaggle of games in the previous years. Three Laytons, Inazuma Eleven, and a teensy-weensy game called DRAGON QUEST IX.
Stop flailing.
