Shit, if that number is true they may just release it on PS3 first. 
Why lose what could be big sales by delaying it for almost a year to satisfy a different userbase that going by what we have seen with JRPGs so far hasn't exactly treated them to the point of justifying these recent "exclusive" deals.
Of course this is ONLY if these numbers are indeed true, because it would get many JRPG devs thinking.
