You could of course write a petition to Rosetta Stone to make them do a DS/Wii version.
I haven't tried Rosetta Stone yet, but I've had some sucess (and fun!) with Talk Now! in japanese/french/german.
I would be really easy to port something like Talk Now! to just about anything, including the web.
And yes, I signed it.
