PS3 disk drive won't load

Same thing happened to me. PS3 wouldnt read BD media. I called Sony and it only took 9 days total to get it back. I live on the East coast btw. Mine was only 7 weeks old and was covered by warranty. The store only offered 30 day exchange. Good Luck!
