I put in discs, and nothing loads. The light turns blue, nothing seems strange, but no icons appear. Am I fucked here?

that's odd cause when your drive detects a disk the light turns blue.

Yup. I had it semi-working earlier, when I went to auto-start and it would load. Now it shows the disc loading at the top corner, but never fully loads. CD's work.

I put in a DVD cleaner but can't activate it because it can't recognize any discs, lol.

No kidding, I was supposed to go to my Mom's, then church, then my grandmas for a big feast. Now I am stranded at home eating chicken strips.
