After a console starts to get older, it loses its potential to get these big sales. It would also have to be during christmas season. So I would say that christmas 2009 would be its last chance.
I don't see the ps3 doing it next year even 'if' it had a $100 price cut. I don't see it doing that any time later no matter the price. So I'll go with no.
