So many great games* makes choosing 5 almost impossible.  so, in no particular order:

- Zelda Ocarina of Time

- Perfect Dark (the game that kicked Golden Eye off it's pedestal

- Shadowman

- Quake/Quake 2 (ok, so I cheated a lil bit)

- Turok/Turok 2 (oops, cheated again)
