dude , sales for this week are the week ending DEC 20, the next week is the week ending DEC 27, so add 18.83M, plus the biggest week of the year, which is the current week we are in, lets say 600k, 19.43M.

NOW THERE ARE STILL 4 DAYS LEFT OF 2008, within those 4 days the ps3 can hit 20 million.

Which is why I am saying the week ending JAN 2 or 3, simply because vgchartz doesnt do daily figures.

Sorry but the PS3 will not hit 20M this year.  The week that was just reported ended Saturday December 20th.  What is left is Christmas week (this week which ends December 27th) and next week which includes 3 days of 2009.  Looking at last year the week of Christmas dropped compared to the week before in NA at least.  Now this year has 2 extra days before Christmas since Christmas was on Tuesday last year and Thursday this year.  Still 1.2 million over these 2 weeks isnt going to happen.
