Yeah you just need to hit the walls with a lancer so that they fall down. I think one is already fallen, but there are 3-4 others that are upright that you need to shoot once so that they fall onto their side and get in the way of the megatank. Once the megatank is forced to blow up the walls you'll get your chance at victory, but even after this it's a tough fight.
