You need to build it yourself if you want a real gaming PC for that price. The video card is the most important part and also the most lacking part on prebuilt systems.
If the graphics are Intel, don't buy it. If the graphics are AMD (ATI) or Nvidia make sure it is a recent card of midrange or above.

Nvidia Geforce 8800 series
Nvidia Geforce 9600 series
Nvidia Geforce 9800 series
Nvidia Geforce GTX260
Nvidia Geforce GTX280

Anything else won't play games to the desired standard.
