Let's not forget, the PS2's userbase was what, 15 million when GT3 was released? GT3 is currently at 14.87 million sales and is second only to Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as the best selling game of last gen. While GTA games sell more as a gen progresses, GT games sell less. The first GT game on a console always sells quite a bit more than its direct sequel. Therefore, GT6 will not sell as well as GT5 (If GT6 makes it out on PS3, which it should) Let's be honest here. If Gran Turismo 5 was released in March, it would outsell WSR. Agreed? |
