Why is my Wii flashing blue at me? I hope its not broken.

Im sitting here, and suddenly this blue light starts getting brighter and then it flashes and dims right down only to repeat it over and over again.

Is my Wii broken? I its on standby, im not sure what this means.

Blue ring of death??
