360 sales are inflated due to redundant purchases from impatient gamers.

Are you refering to the same Metacritic that refuses to post the 100+ sites that gave MGS4 and LBP 10/10s but was quick to scavenge up their lowest scores? The one that seems to let obviously conflicted sites have reviews for all systems such as Variety which had proven to be a direct subsidary of MS? Yea......right!

NO, PS3 game sales have not been generally lower. SOme sell better on 360, some on PS3. Some sell rigbht on par. Some only sold better on one system then the other becuase they were drawn to one rather then the other with Exclusive content (COD4 and WaW, as well as GTAIV) And even then it is not by that big of a margin.
