I think Nintendo's games on the userbase is actually a weakness, here (in terms of # of million sellers). The games are so top heavy that it takes away tons of sales from the other, less desirable games. I still think the Wii will make it out in the end, though.
Wii > 360 > PS3.
As to when this will happen? It may take a very, very long time - 2011, even. Depends how long the 360 can hold up (its software sales so far have been pretty damn amazing).
