Is the PS3 selling badly? Why do you think it is/isn't?

For Sony having the top platform by a HUGE margain the last two generations I think it's selling quite badly. The price, the 1 year headstart for the 360, and the Wii launching at almost the same time are the main reasons it's selling poorly.
