No. It's an on-rails shooter so it just needs two recticules - like RE:UC.
I just couldn't pass up an oppurtunity to dig Activision on that oversight again since CoDWaW is being outsold by Nerf N-Strike. Seriously I don't know if split-screen would have helped that much, but it sure wouldn't have hurt and it'd make the Wii version distinct from the HD twins. To be fair though CoD does allow for two recticules too so two can sorta play.
