that's the beauty of Sony as a whole, i don't think they payed any exclusivity deal, they think they are bigger than MS in PS3 vs x360, and the worst is Factor 5 hype PS3 so much, and even talk Lair only possible on PS3 . i don't think MS like that
Sony said themselves that for exclusive deal, it is up to developer chooses that, not because Sony gives them money.
but somehow this is like gambling situation for developer it self.
now Sony won't help them, and MS not interested in them.
and now we got Two developer of almost confirmed RIP.
The Differences with SK, is MS gives them money for exclusivity and MS is Publish it, that's why Too Human 2 rumored in development.
