Have you played it?  It's excellent.

I don't tend to buy shooters unless I can play them with my girlfriend, nowadays.

By "quality Wii port" I mean a port that takes advantage of the Wii's particular strengths.

 

It uses the Wii control system of pointing and shooting.  You don't have to aim with an analog stick.  The controls are customizable and responsive so yes, it takes advantage of the Wii's strengths. 

But it has no local multiplayer, right?
