Unless heavenly sword or some other game becomes a must get it might still sales.

we all realized that amazon sucks as an indicator but Warhawk is in the top 100 (last checked 1 am EST last night), Uncharted is hyped to hell, R&C will move some consoles, Eye of Judgment will move some console mainly in Japan though. Umm.. Folklore will be a big hit as there hasn't been any good next gen RPGs yet in Europe or the US.

Oblivion? Two worlds? Since you want to compare RPG line-ups for 2007, the 360 has blue dragon, eternal sonata, lost odyssey and mass effect as well. Now which RPG line-up do you think will "take away" the most sales?

I try not to count games that are on PC/Multiplatform as really console moving, Oblivion is a good game but sold better on PC then 360 + PS3 combined.

Also there is the word YET there, is mass effect even out? Eternal Sonata might sell in Japan but idk about the US and Europe, and Lost Odyssey is made by mystwalker isnt it? if so and its as bad as Blue Dragon (sorry but DQ/FF/Golden Sun/Paper Mario and the other RPGs are 100% better) I dont see it doing much for the 360.

Has any of those 360 exclusive RPGs been released in the US/Europe yet? dont think so. If Blue Dragon's effect in Japan is anything to show, it will sell maybe 1 million copies but mostly to people who already own 360s and barely expand it's overall console sales (Halo 3 will be the reason for 360 sales tripling).

And.. whats Two Worlds? I never heard of it.. is it being released on the PC, i might look into it if it is.

you need to do some research before you start talking. Mistwalker is made up of 10 people thats it, its mostly just sakaguchi and uematsu (however you spell that) all they did for blue dragon was 1 music, and many didnt like that cause it was ment for japan. So all they did was watch it and make suggestions, it was made by ARTOON, the same people who made vampire rain (sigh) that gives you an idea on why its not that great.

Eternal sonota has gotten numerous awards here in the Us for  best looking rpg (see game trailers) and game informer just gave it a 8.25 and blue dragon a 9, alot better scores then alot of those rpgs you just listed. Its a matter of opinion and you need to stop making general statements and say its your opinion. Blue dragon also did quite a bit for the 360 it sold almost 200k copies thats almost a 50% attachment rate and that is HUGE so it sold quite well in japan and eternal sonota is almost hitting the 1k mark which is 25% which again is HUGE and it has not been out as long as blue dragon.

Also lost odyssey is again overwatched by mistwalker, but if you go into interviews sakaguchi states that this is the title he has been putting full power into, not blue dragon. Also lost odyssey is made by FEEL plus, a group that microsoft made just to help make this game with over 100 staff, and 20+ being former square employees. This game is supposed to be much better then blue dragon because its got much MUCH better of a storyline and is more based more realistic graphics and just looks like its going to plain out rock. Im not saying it will def be fantastic, but your stating that you know its going to suck, sorry, but why would microsoft create this group JUST FOR THIS GAME to have it suck (yes they are only working on this game).

With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

Game trailers-Halo 3 only dissapointed the people who wanted to be dissapointed.

Bet with Harvey Birdman that Lost Odyssey will sell more then Blue dragon did.
