Actually, since a picture is worth a thousand words. It's not "longer".
As for DS beating PS2 in 2009, I don't see that. Early 2010, maybe.
PS2 is still selling quite nicely, so, unless it suddenly stopped selling, DS won't pass it.
DSi is pretty much a guaranteed win over PS2 for 2010.
