Anyway, yesterday I heard about a group of neo-feminists (aka moody lesbians) who were trying to get certain words banned in uni (not my uni) because it implyed male dominance. Two of these words were...
History - apparently history is shorthand for 'his story' and they wanted it changed to 'herstory' when used in the case of female directives... wow
Master copy - because apparently this implies male dominance over women, I can't quite see it myself.
